This wine is a blend of Syrah (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (40%).

With a light pink color, it offers offers fresh and fruity aromas.
The palate is fresh, round, with pleasant acidity and an aromatic finish of peach and wild strawberry.

The main stages of the development of this wine :
• Maceration for a few hours to extract flavour and colour;
• Slow, steady pressing.
• Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures;
• 4 months on the lees with stirring at regular intervals.
